Two local gentlemen wanted to start a golf entertainment business in Republic, MO so they contacted us to make it happen. We designed their facility so a second floor can be added on at a later time, as their business grows. We envisioned their dream and made it a reality.

The owner of this private aviation service wanted an addition to his existing hangar that was modern-looking, stood out from others, and would accommodate this clientele.

Hogan Trucking Transportation & Logistics

Hogan Trucking was leasing a space in town and were ready to build their own, like they wanted it. Located beside Springfield’s Industrial Park, this project really stands out in the area. This is where they maintenance, repair and prepare their vehicles for the road.

Kickapoo Corners Strip Center

This strip center was looking a bit tired and dated so the owner wanted to give it a new face. Another growing concern was signage for each tenant. Each time a new tenant came along and changed their sign, there were new holes in the façade. We designed a new sign attachment system so no new holes would need to ever be added again.

The Kitchen, Inc. Homeless Shelter

Ireland Architects cares about our community and we do what we can. We, and several other professional consultants, donated our services and time to this project. This is a temporary shelter where the homeless of The Kitchen, Inc. help teach skills to sustain a permanent home and job in the community. There are 14 micro apartments along with a computer room, conference room and additional support spaces. There is an outdoor play space for the children and pens for dogs.

Central Ozarks Medical Center

This is a new 20,000 s.f. clinic in Camdenton, MO that offers medical, dental and behavioral health services. There is a partial basement for storage and space for building additions as their business grows. There is so much natural light coming into the building from the clerestory windows, that it helps keep the staff feeling energetic and connected to outside.
